We regret to inform you that due to hygiene factors, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of any products sold from the website.
Products can only be eligible for returns if the products received by the customer are deemed to have been received in a damaged state or are expired or an incorrect product has been delivered. Such products can only be returned in their original packaging, in an unused and sealed condition. [Opened or used products will not be accepted as returns.]
Procedure to raise a return request:
- You can raise a return request within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
- To raise a return request, kindly write to us at info@senorstore.com along with 3 images (one of the damaged part, one of the entire product, and one of the shipping box) for us to ascertain the reason for the return. Our team checks the details in reference to its eligibility for return.
- We review the return request and get back to you within 2 working days from the date of receipt of your request.
- Once your request to return a product is accepted, a pick-up is arranged for the item. Our courier partner comes to pick up the item within 5-7 business days after your return request has been received. This item is then brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes quality control, a refund is initiated. Kindly note that a deduction of INR 100 will be made for a reverse pickup from the total refund amount.
- Damages caused due to negligence or incorrect application cannot be covered under the Returns Policy.
- No exchange or return can be processed in case of allergies/skin reactions, dislike of fragrance or color variation. We highly recommend checking the ingredients list and performing a patch test prior to use.
